Stayed Mar 21, 2024Perfect size for us. Great location in walking distance to Lake Morton and downtown. Karen was very helpful and responded promptly to us whenever we had a question. We are considering returning next spring for a longer stay.

Stayed May 21, 2023My stay here was an amazing. This cottage is cozy, clean, and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. At the end of the block is a lovely lake perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The host is personable and concerned that all is well with your stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 3, 2023This is our second stay in Lake Morton Cottage. The cottage is very well laid out and has everything travelers need. It is quiet and comfortable with a great TV and well equipped kitchen. And the location is perfect! This time we discovered that it is not only a close and easy walk to Lake Morton, Lake Hollingsworth and Florida Southern College, but also less than a 15 minute walk to Lake Mirror, downtown, and The Joinery. Walking around the beautiful Lakeland lakes with their amazing birds is such a pleasure! The host for this property is also the best we've ever had. Clear, timely communication and responsive to any and all questions. This is our go-to place to stay in Lakeland.

Stayed Aug 12, 2021This lovely, self-contained cottage is perfectly located, a few minutes walk from two lakes, Florida Southern College, downtown Lakeland, the public library and the best coffee shop in town. The neighborhood is beautiful and friendly. The host was super helpful and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Lakeland.
