The house was lovely and very clean overall (except for the outdoor seating cushions).

We had an amazing time. We can’t say enough about the location and overall stay. Our kids loved the stay and golf cart!

This cottage was wonderful. We stayed there with my mom, sister’s family and my children. We weren’t crowded at all with 5 adults and 5 children. Check in/out was easy. I probably asked too many questions of the owners and they were very responsive and helpful.

We arrived to a well equipped house that was clean and comfortable. We did not know these houses are connected to others, they are not stand alone cottages. There was construction work being done to the house connected to ours. At 7AM they started work and we were all woken up to loud saws, hammering, banging that was very loud. We did not receive much response from the management company. For such a quiet, relaxed vibe on the island, this was really disruptive to our time we spent in the house. We really enjoyed the beach which is closeby and the beautiful surroundings of birds and wildlife.

It was perfect for multiple families and children. Close to everything!

We were a party of 9 adults on the island for 9 days. When we 1st pulled up to the property I was a bit concerned about the size from the outside, but once we were inside that was no longer a question. The place is incredible! Well maintained, clean, great layout for such a large group, and incredibly spacious. Slept 9 comfortably and we all had plenty of space. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had no issues at all with anything not working. Washer and dryer were very nice to have. Everything…TV’s, showers, fridge, coffee pot, stove, oven, plumbing, lights, furniture, beds, A/C, all of it was perfect for our stay. The host (Tammy with JonBie) was incredible! Communication was awesome and she was very responsive when I needed to reach out a couple of times. The included 6 person golf cart was a great add and we had no issues with it whatsoever. I would rate the property and the hosts a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend anyone considering staying with JonBie put them at the top of your list. We would absolutely stay with them again when we come back to the island.

The negative was 2 large cockroaches The state of the outdoor chairs etc could have been swept off The grill didn’t work but I was not notified I found out at the time I was ready to cook, but the manager brought a different grill promptly We enjoyed the Island

We were a team of 6 coworkers. This property was so much more spacious and beautiful than the pictures did it justice! It came with a 6 seater golf cart, beautiful screened in porch, paddle boards, and everything you could need for the beach including a wagon to pull it all. Only negative was it is at the far end of the island in the Melrose section, you would be riding at least a mile to get to any shopping or museums on the island, the golf cart was a blessing! Be aware that the property is located in an area with several other homes quite a few of which are boreded up due to weather and abandonment but this home was beautiful. The host was outstanding answering all our questions about getting onto the island however we had a water main break in the neighborhood and were without power and didn't hear back once there but no big deal the island quickly restored. The bicycles rented with the house had some significant wear and tear one had a flat tire but we preferred the golf cart with the property being a distance away. Overall excellent stay would highly recommend!

Super clean, well stocked with all the things that would be hard to bring to the island. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will definitely stay here again .

Loved the house and we have always loved the location at Melrose. Having 4 bedrooms with each having own full bathroom was great for the entire family. Place well equipped and above the standard short term rental experience we have. Great hosts and quick responses to any questions. Will be returning back in the future and would love to stay in this house. Thanks
