Stayed Aug 3, 2025Great spot right in town. Lots of live music, good local restaurants and shops. House was clean and perfect for what we needed. 2 parents, 2 adult children and 2 teens with plenty of rooms for all to be comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver! Host was great and responded quickly! Great place to stay. And down the street to Lake Michigan, maybe a 5 mins walk. Can’t beat the location.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We loved this house! Very cute and comfortable in a perfect location to enjoy the village or walk down to Lake Michigan. The outdoor area to the side of the house was the perfect place to hang out and reconnect. The house is very well equipped to cook some meals there and within walking distance of all of our favorites. The men caught salmon and had some of it cooked for us at local restaurant. Excellent communication with this host.Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024If you like being close to it all in Glen Arbor, you can't beat this cottage. A nice size for our family of 3 and it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, good selection of bikes, gas and charcoal grills, fire pit, front and back yard for bags, etc., etc. Our second summer stay here, so we must like it ! Oh and it's a 5 minute walk down the road to the beach and some wonderful sunsets every night.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024My family visits Glen Arbor every summer and this is the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! The location is so much fun with convenient access to the grocery store, shops, and playground. After the kids were in bed, we enjoyed sitting outside listening to live music playing nearby (but you still get peace and quiet after 9pm). The small public beach is also just a short walk down the road which was great. The house has the charm you want from a classic Up North cottage but it’s also been thoughtfully renovated with comfort and functionality in mind. The compact kitchen is very functional with tons of storage for us to bring our own food (so many rentals fall short in this area!). The decor is pretty without being too cluttered so there were lots of places to tuck our belongings out of the way. While there were a couple of small spiders lurking in the corners, the house was very clean (and I challenge you to find me a house in northern MI that DOESN’T have any spiders!). We also loved having A/C and good TV options for the evenings. Overall, this house has everything you could want PLUS more. There are so many extra amenities (ping pong, bikes, paddle boards, fire pit, etc.) that I feel a little guilty for not taking full advantage of everything it has to offer - I guess that just means we’ll have to come for another stay!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We could not have been happier with our choice to stay at this in town Glen Arbor cottage. It was the perfect home base for my wife and I to meet up with another couple who we no longer live close to. The cottage had was sufficiently stocked with all kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom items we needed, as well as, a firepit, 2 paddleboards, multiple bikes, and washer/dryer. The location allowed us easy walks to restaurants, shops, pickleball, and Lake Michigan. We would not hesitate renting here again and again in the future.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We’ve been coming to Glen Arbor for a few years and decided to stay in the downtown area this time to avoid swimmers itch that my husband and son have gotten, despite our best efforts, whenever we’ve stayed on one of the Glen lakes. We chose this particular house for its central location to the shops and beach and we were not disappointed! This was a wonderful landing spot for us - two adults and two children ages 2 and 6. Having the washer and dryer was extremely handy and there was plenty of room to spread out. The furniture, bed linens, and some of the kitchen items were a bit tired/could use replacing. We’re very used to this from renting cottages in the area with that quirky up north feel, but those who aren’t may be put off by the quality for the higher amount spent for the nightly rate. Overall I’d recommend this place, as it’s ideal for easily exploring Glen Arbor as well as the surrounding Leelanau area!
