Immaculate Cottage in the Historic District. Quiet street, large fenced yard.

The house was great. Very clean and pretty and a huge fenced in back yard for our dog. It was in a lovely neighborhood walkable to the historic downtown. The owner was kind and communicative and very easy to work with.

Beautiful older house on a large lot near the river park. Everything is walkable, dining, bars, river park. Backyard is canopied by Pecan Trees. The back deck is the perfect place to chill in early morning or just prior to bed. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect - well apportioned, fantastic location, and huge yard for the pups. Patty was a great host: communicative and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tilted Cottage. We loved the neighborhood and everyone was friendly. Little Washington is cool place to visit. Patty is a great host! Highly recommend this Cottage!

What a wonderful place! Perfect for our dogs, easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. They even have bikes! Overall our stay was exceptional. We will stay there again and would highly recommend Tilted Cottage to anyone considering a stay in Washington!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is well prepared for guest and their fur babies (if you have them). There was coffee in the kitchen (keurig), shampoo, bodywash, etc in the both bathrooms. Dog bowls/toys/treats! The backyard is huge which our pup loved! We were there for father's day and because there wasn't another reservation after us that day, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (per the host recommendation). It was just fabulous and made my husband's day that much better! The location is just half a mile from Backwater Jack's where you can enjoy yummy food/drinks and launch your boat if you have one. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nice shady fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication and very attentive host! GREAT location if you like to walk. I loved walking around the waterfront and downtown, perfect for this. Nice accommodations and attention to detail. Clean and comfortable. Lots of nice details like bikes and grill. Would certainly return!

Great location, friendly neighborhood, updated comfortable and spacious cottage...big fenced yard and biggest pecan tree I've ever seen. Gracious, flexible hostess made it easy.

The place was so clean and nice and close to everything. Patty was quick to respond with any of my questions. Also the fenced in yard was great for our Dog, huge yard and enclosed.

Spic and span clean. Lots of room and amenities. Bathrooms not ensuite. Rainfall shower by itself hard to use. Great deck and yard.

We enjoyed this cottage so much! It was clean, had just the right amount of space, and had a huge backyard for our dog to play in. The owner was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. If you ever need a place to stay in Washington, or are going to an ECU game and don’t mind the short drive, this is the place to stay!!

We spent two days with our daughter. This is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the house was very comfortable. Plenty of room, a full kitchen, living room and dining area, a nice yard, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent; very responsive. It’s located within a short walk to the water, has a playground and tennis/pickleball courts nearby. 5 minute drive to downtown Washington and nice shops, restaurants, etc. You could even walk down there from this house; it was just too hot to do that while we were staying here. Overall, a great little place in a very good location.

Great location! We enjoyed exploring downtown Washington. And our pup enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great weekend at the Cottage and loved the communication and kindness of the owner. House is very well maintained, well stocked and was very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
