Stayed Jul 4, 2023We really enjoyed our stay. It’s is in a wonderful quiet location and not far from many towns. The property has the main house which is divided into two and accommodates two other families. We stayed in the separate cottage il Leccio. The owner does not stay on the property but is contactable via what’s app anytime. The cottage has a magnificent view over the countryside. It is equiped with a stove, oven and small fridge. There is a tv in the bedroom and the lounge was comfortable. There is a lovely pool on the property which is a shared pool. The wifi only worked intermittently so you are best to make sure you purchase a sim if you want reliable internet. They do need to update their address on Stayz as it had the address as Via case Sparse, Creti, Cortona. The Stayz map has a photo of the location in Creti. It is not in Creti or Cortona it is in Cortoreggio. It is 25 minutes drive away from Creti and at least a 15 minute drive to the entrance of Cortona old town. Even with directions it is hard to find as the last few km are on a single lane windy country road with the last 2km being a dirty dusty track. The host kindly met us at another property and we followed him to the property. Once you get to the property it has a magnificent view.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022This is a gorgeous property in an amazing location. The house is completely outfitted with all one needs. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. He also allowed us privacy to enjoy our stay. We would stay there again without question.
