Stayed May 29, 2024Exterior of the house needs a refresh! I understand that the house is next to a beautiful old plantation home, but it needs painting. The bottom half of the house needs underpining or some type of covering. The front steps need repair. Cobwebs & bugs when looking out of the windows. The wooden front door needs varnishing and still needs repair. In fact we had a 30 min delay for check-in because repair man was trying to fix door. We had to check out 3 days early due to LARGE roaches/waterbugs. Upstairs & downstairs. Host contact said they sprayed for pests previously and yes we saw the dead roaches on the side and back of the bed downstairs. A fresh new couch would not be amiss. 4 televisions but I had to buy batteries for the remote.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024We rented the house for our daughter’s bridal suite. It was a gorgeous place for the bridal party to dress and the newlyweds to spend their wedding night. Absolutely beautiful setting for a relaxing day of the wedding.

Stayed Nov 30, 2023This is a nice, small house with an alligator in the pond. The house needs work...the upstairs is stuffy and the windows don't open; the electrical outlet for the coffee maker is not working properly; the lamp next to the double bed upstairs does not work; there are limited coffee mugs in the cabinet.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023We stayed here because we wanted a nice peaceful place to stay while we were on our business trip. We loved the property and the gator. The home can be score from a good power wash. And a more attentive cleaning crew. But otherwise we had a great time, there is nothing they can do about the mosquitoes so that’s just an area thing. But please be mindful of the mosquitoes if you visit this place.
