We had a wonderful time in Jefferson. The property is just as described.

We had a lovely stay. The space is nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming—exactly what we were hoping for. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in very easy and comfortable. We really appreciated the care that clearly went into making the space cozy and inviting.

Zach was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and provided a clean cozy space for me and my husband. We enjoyed the town and how convenient our place was from everything! Thank you for a great getaway!

Amenities and location were good! Bed and room were comfortable but heat from house did not kick on until during the first night and was freezing until room heater got it warmed up. Then we were nice and toasty! Key box and leaving key there at all times was a little unusual but not a problem either. Flower beds and a few upkeep items outside looked like needed some attention, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable for the price and amenities!! Adding a lounge chair of some sort would have been nice for sitting before bed.... Thanks so much, we had a wonderful time and details were as advertised. Was easy in and out! Thanks again.

Last minute getaway for Labor Day. Very nice clean room but the best was the use of 2 bikes. Enjoyable stay!

Room only. Not house. From listing it is not clear that you will stay in one room. Air quality made respiratory ailments bothersome.

We enjoyed our stay, however, on our downtime, we we enjoy movies or a good crime show, could not get TV to broadcast anything, just an Hour Glass then back to menu, Saturday, we tried again and i texted host, i also texted Host we need more drying towels. A shower at night and in morning left us no more towels. I texted again later that evening and still no reply. Still no reply even after we left other than him asking us to give 5 stars. I suggested better customer service..... Also, if you need to charge ur phone, good luck finding a plugin.

Everything was fine except the old musty moldy smell that had to be the carpet. Both my husband and I had a rough weekend due to feeling bad and our allergies.

A great place to stay with good accommodations. A great town with plenty to do as well! I highly recommend staying here.

The picture looks great but not up to par. Ceiling fan didn’t work. The plug above the coffee area didn’t work. Air unit is loud for sleeping. Lock box is not easy to get into. For my older hands anyway. Nice snacks and coffee furnishings. Comfortable bedding. Location is good.

We came for the weekend. Was a lovely room. Bed was super comfortable. Property very close to downtown.

Quiet space for two with a few quirks. Key entry was a bit of a pain and road ways were hard to navigate at first. However good place for a quiet getaway.

This place was very clean very quiet very close to downtown. The bed was excellent to sleep in. I would highly recommend and will likely rebook again.

The room was nice and overall the stay was good. I had one issue with the stay and that was the TV always buffering i had to stream my own service. It was not good and i was disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay in the Bordeaux room in the main house. It was easy to find, clean, and equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. We walked to the town square and explored various shops. Since Caddo Lake was our prime reason for coming, we drove about 30 min to be on a lake tour.

Nice quiet, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed the stay. Would stay here again! Great communication with host, Zach.

I enjoyed my stay after the manager offered me an upgrade simply because nobody else was staying in the other cabin for the weekend. The cabin was clean and refreshing. I enjoyed my stay!

We had a lovely stay. Zach was extremely attentive and accommodating. The proximity to town was great. Each room also has a set of bikes that make roaming around easy and fun. Will definitely be staying there again next time we are in town.
