Downstairs there is a family bathroom and also open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A steep spiral staircase joins to the first floor. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard anda grass paddock. Higher Kernick Barn is located within easy distance of Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor this is ideal for walkers, cyclists or just a family looking to explore this beautiful county.
