Hampton, New Hampshire
This is the perfect place for a family vacation. Just one street away from the beginning of the boardwalk and a two minute walk to the beach. So clean and immaculate. Sleeps 6. Pets are welcome for an additional $150 pet fee and approval of breed by owner. No smoking
The cottage itself was ok. Furniture was comfortable enough. There was a heatwave and we were suppose to have a patio umbrella. Which we had to ask twice before got it. We had an odor of gas when we ,,called.about it Linda's husband had a real bad attitude and talked down to us . Saying if we wanted we could have the gas company come and look at it but it would be on our dime. Linda did explain earlier on the phone the issue with the smell. We were trying to air out the cottage so we had the door open with the air on and and that's when he said about the gas company . Linda was very cooperative. More could be said of the husband RUDENESS. But what would be the since.
The owner of cottage false advertised property by not including stacked parking and had to pay extra to park overnight in a lot for 5 days unless bang on other renters door to move car when wanted to leave
We had a nice stay at this property, it was clean and cozy. We liked that there were 3 rooms and separate beds for our daughters. The location was great, not far from the beach and right between the market/coffee shop/laundry and Bucs Lagoon for daily soft serve. I would recommend bringing all of your seasonings—there are none. Also, a small fan in the bathroom to help ventilate as the water heater is in there and creates a natural gas smell. Extra door hooks and more mirrors would have been a great addition as well! Overall a nice place to be while not on the beach :)
