Hampton Beach ~ Awesome Location!

What a vacation! We met the other renters and had a blast. We are like family now. We plan on staying together again. We were told it was an unusual event. I highly recommend you do that.

Wonderful location. This spot worked out very well for our family. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will say, if you're tall there are some challenges with the shower and stairs but that didn't stop anyone from having a blast!!!

Great family vacation. Brought the kids to where I vacationed when I was a kid. We didn’t want to leave! Brought back so many memories. We will be back next year.

We had an amazing time. Great location with a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a convenience store and coffee shop right down the street, as well, and a laundromat. The house was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to feed a family. Highly recommended, we all had a wonderful time. Owners were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

The place was much smaller then what the photos of the property suggested. It does not have 3 bedrooms as listed but 2. The place is quite outdated and we have rented more place for less money in previous years. It does have a great location, very close to the beach.

Easy access to beach and shops

This cute cottage is within walking distance to Hampton Beach and all the restaurants. We brought our 2 daughters (10 and 9(years old). They loved the board. walk and having their own room upstairs. We stayed downstairs. The cottage is well equipped even for a clam boil, Great lobster and fish market heading towards Seabrook The girls had bikes scooters, and roller blades they loved traveling to the park on the boardwalk. I can't say enough about the beachy cottaage and the very friendly accommodating owners.. We hit an unexpected heat wave and they were right over with A/C and fans.. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. The neighbors that have local houses were very freindly and helpful. The laundromat is right around the corner. We will be back for sure to stay at the beachy cottage. We had a blast!
