Guest house in West Seattle

Absolutely clean. Heat was already on when we arrived so that was nice. Very easy to deal with the booking and instructions. Nice small quaint little place. Love their backyard oasis.

Great place to stay. All we needed was a quiet place to sleep in comfortable beds and it worked great (once we figured out how the heat works).

Cozy spot for anyone who needs a place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk (stairs) to the convenient store. The cottage is short car ride to downtown. Owner was responsive as well.

The host was very nice and responds quickly to any messages. It was clean and had a nice kitchen area. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Should I visit the area again I would book here again.

The property was just as described. The washer and dryer was nice but i didn't need it. It was fully equipped. It was a good area and very safe with easy parking.

A very convenient property in west Seattle, had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very responsive and got us some new dish soap for the kitchen when we were running low. Street parking right outside the unit was readily available and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Cottage in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Convient to all the Seattle attractions we wanted to see. Very private, beautifully landscaped yard and sitting area.

Lovely little private space during our short stay in Seattle. Nice bed, fans kept us cool when muggy. Good water pressure. Shower curtain needs to be changed out. Garden outside was our favorite part. Quiet area not far from the fun of Seattle. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was great and in a convenient location. The host replied very promptly to question's.

Clean, decent kitchen and cooking facilities, has washer and dryer though no ironing board. Good shower and bathroom.We stayed in summer and it got quite hot, there's a fan in each bedroom but no cooling.If you don't have a car, the 125 bus stops right out front and can get you downtown in about 15 minutes.A little cramped, more suited as a place to sleep at night than hang inside with a group. There's a nice garden outside with plenty of room, though there might be other people around as there's another place on the same property.Good place for the price, would stay again. 4/5 because host wasn't very responsive to messages and the place wasn't ready when we arrived 30 mins after check in.

We got to the house late but it was easy to find out way since yhere is beautiful lighting all over. The house is cozy and very clean with shampoo and soap for convenience. It is a quiet neighborhood which was perfext.

We had a lovely stay. The place was extremely clean and nice. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. We would definitely come back if we were ever in Seattle again.

From the cottage I walked to an aboritum that was open when a small college was open.I found a grocery store 15 mins drive. The roads are smaller in the area.The cottage had a small washing machine. And the garden was nice with a bench and chairs to sit on.

I had a great stay at the guest house. It's clean and tidy, with all the basics you need in the kitchen and bedrooms, like an office desk and lamps. The bedrooms are also very comfortable which I appreciated for my longer stay here. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and helpful if you have any issues.

Small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a kitchen. The garden outside is stunning. The host was great. I would stay here again.

Love this place. We stayed here for the Hawks game - quick 15 min bus ride to pike place/ stadium / pier level. Very easy! Small place but worked perfect for 3 of us. Wish the main bed was bigger & a TV in the other room is needed, and more pillows. But that’s our personal preference. Even had groceries delivered before we got there. Will stay here again!

We found everything we needed for our short stay. When we asked for a third blanket we got it immediately. It was a quiet and well cared for little flat. Thank you for making our stay so nice

Nice setting, comfortable but cozy. No stove or oven, just burner, and only a double bed with foam mattress, so wont work for a bigger couple. Shower only too. Nothing to complain about, had all we needed.

Place was clean, comfortable, the backyard gardens are just beautiful.

Amazing spot in West Seattle. The place was clean with lots of amenities like washer & dryer, coffee maker, air fryer, stovetop and more. Lots of street parking available, and the location was only 10-20 minutes away from everything you'd wanna do in downtown Seattle. I'd love to rent this place again when we come back to Seattle for anothet trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and well kept. Son answered all of my questions promptly and was very helpful. Definitely recommend!
