Great location. Ten minutes from Beach. Peaceful retreat!

Stay was a good accommodation for what we needed… Wish there where more supplies like coffee/Keurig etc but other than that all was good

The place was very cute & well priced. There were a couple issues with cleanliness but the owners were extremely responsive & accommodating! I would stay here again regardless because the issues were not that terrible & were acknowledged.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.

This cottage was very secluded, had plenty of room inside and outside for our boys, 14,12 and 8. The dock was really nice for them as well. Was very close to shopping, fast food and restaurants. The host was amazing to work with.

Property was just what we were looking for. Easy to find and close to the ocean. A quick drive will get you many of the places the area has to offer. I would stay again should we book another fishing trip.

Our stay was easy and comfortable. On the day of our arrival I received message from the host on how to enter the home. We arrived after dark and the home was easy to find using Google Maps and the street address was visible on the home. The entry was well lit. The home was exactly as described. The home and location was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. A nice older home. Would definitely stay here again.

Besides ants in the kitchen, the house looked fine. However, the listing makes it sound like the dock is on the property on which you will be staying. It is not. In order to access the dock, you have to go next door to the owner's house and into their backyard to access the private dock which is by no means private since they can sit and watch you from their living room. When we contacted the owner and told her we felt the listing was not accurate, she said I was very clear in the listing about the location of the dock, if you don't want to stay you can just check out. We did not end up staying, contacted customer support and got a refund. Had the listing clearly stated that the dock was not on the property this would not have been an issue.

Our staying was short, but we enjoy the cottage.Very clean, great location, best of all very private. Great comunicación with Mrs. penny ( owner )we hardly recommend this beautiful place .
