Great location! Easy walk to pier and restaurants. Clean spacious living area and bedrooms with comfortable beds and everything you need to feel at home.

The table outside on the front patio added an enjoyable extra space. The weather was unusually hot, so we spent a lot of time outside.

Super clean little cottage just down the road from the beach, the host was super friendly.

My family and I were doing our summer family vacation and we were looking for a place near the ocean. The location was perfect, the size was right and the price was even better. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. The whole experience was five star! Wonderful property, close walk to the beach, beautiful porch, such kind friendly neighbors, and the property manager went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and right at home. The kind bed was so comfy and my kids said the pullout couch was good too! Place has everything you need!

Good location with easy access by food to Beach/Pier and downtown. Very clean,cute beachy decor.

Close enough to easily walk to the beach and to downtown San Clemente. Visiting son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton and this worked out perfectly. Owner even provided beach towels and toys! Will stay again for sure!!!!

This is our second time in this rental since we found it. We love it. The outdoor porch for meals and proximity to beach is amazing! Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be back! Thankyou for sharing your home with us!

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2025 while visiting from the Bay Area for my daughter's baby shower weekend. The space was a perfect size for my mom, my significant other, and me. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the front patio, strolling to downtown for shopping and dining, and walking to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is cozy, clean, well-equipped and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Owner lives in the house behind it and it very accessible. For us unlucky ones that have to work while there, a little desk would be appreciated, as would be instructions so that we don't have to bother landlord so much. E.g., where exactly to park and that the washer/dryer are in the owner's building.

The cottage was clean and well maintained. We loved how close it was to the beach - about a 10 minute walk, noting that it was down (and then up) a pretty sizable hill but that was no problem for us. There also was plenty of paid parking at the beach if you wanted to drive.
