Stayed Sep 26, 2025Room was great and as promised. Does not have central air but has a wall unit and plenty of fans - was not an issue. Bed was comfortable. Unit is five-ish minutes outside of College Station, going to Snook. No more than ten minutes from A&M campus. Multiple gas stations and a good BBQ restaurant within 1-2 mins.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Dina responded great to all my questions. The location was great. Unfortunately we needed WiFi for the weekend and didn’t realize there was no WiFi. Otherwise was a peaceful location and nice game room to stay.
