Stayed Jun 26, 2022This single-floor guesthouse sits above a garage-like storage space beside the owner's house, and comes with a private driveway, front yard, and wrap-around patio. Everything is clean and pretty well stocked (we were pleased to find some K-cups available for use and left behind some freshly bought ones as a 'Thank You' when checking out). There's a cooler readily available to take with you, as well as some folding beach chairs and beach towels. The fully-equipped kitchen is a nice feature for those looking to save some money by cooking your own breakfast or dinner. The guesthouse has central heating and cooling and has decent Wi-Fi connectivity (note that the unit's WiFi network is not password-protected---we personally logged into our own VPN service for added security). Aside from one small change concerning the lack of drapes over one of the pairs of sliding doors, this guesthouse is a hidden oasis that splits the distance from nearby towns like Provincetown and Chatham, which we also visited during our stay on the Cape.

Stayed Oct 1, 2021Super good communication from beginning to end with the host. Great location on the Cape and super tucked away but still accessible to many great areas (both in nature and in town). Highly recommend this place!

Stayed Aug 22, 2020This property was perfect for a week stay with my husband! There were a few things I would change but overall it was a very pleasant stay! We loved the convenient location, big deck, and beach chairs that were provided. A few things that could be improved on- there was only 1 roll or toilet paper which was annoying that we had to run out to buy more. There is no couch, only a futon. There was one rainy afternoon so we spent a few hours indoor. The futon is really uncomfortable. This guest house is really close to the main house. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re seeking more privacy, something to consider.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is nice but the surrounding are less than lovely. The dirt road getting in and out is a nightmare unless you have a Jeep

Stayed Aug 17, 2019We used this as overflow space for a family gathering on the Cape (we needed extra space at my parents' house). It worked perfectly for us. I don't think I'd rent this if I was just coming to the Cape on my own for a week bc it is so close to the main house, but for our purposes, it was charming and lovely. Super clean!!

Stayed Sep 22, 2018During our quick getaway to the Cape, my wife and I were very comfortable in this house, which is well-located to Wellfleet center and all the Outer Cape attractions. Quiet location, no hassles. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent a delightful, relaxing week by myself, hanging out on the deck and enjoying some solitude in this sweet cottage-- it's clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Francesca and Peter are awesome hosts. (Bonus-- if you ride your bike to various Wellfleet ponds and Cahoon Hollow beach, you don't need a parking sticker!)
