I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row staying here and we couldn't be happier. Two separate but joined spaces were perfect for our family. Two kitchens and baths made this so practical, and the great room is so spacious for our family of 7. Cant wait till next year!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Summit park was so close, the little ones loved the Pirate Ship, hanging out at the beach and Sterns Beach in Ludington never disappoints. We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and perfect for our family ranging from 3 - 69 years old :)

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Great house; perfect if you want two separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. Accessible to Ludington, Pentwater, Lake Michigan, and Bass Lake. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect set for what our families needed; individual “units” for each family and we could still spend time together without being in each others space. We had nice fires at the fire pit, took turns swimming on the little tree swing and after the kids went to sleep each night we were able to hang out on the cozy screened in-porch. Each little “apartment” has a portable air conditioner and there are also a few window fans which is nice. A two minute walk down the road is a fish restaurant CASH ONLY and beach access, with a playground and tennis courts are only a 6 minute walk. There were just a few minor cleaning misses but that did not dampen our stay. We will definitely be back next summer but this time for longer.

It's really 2 places in one which gave us space to spread out and come together. It's clean and mostly updated. We had no problems checking in or out. When I tripped a fuse, the property responded quickly and the matter was resolved. Lake Michigan was very lose by, but you cannot see it from the property. The cottage is very private and quiet. I would recommend this reental!
