Stayed Apr 16, 2024We had an amazing stay in Kailua. We loved the area that had a beautiful beach nearby (walking distance), many shopping and food options with a small town feel, and very responsive and helpful hosts. Driving to all the other attractions on the island were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The lanai was a favorite spot to sit and relax enjoying the plumeria and other beautiful plants and birds. Rick and Nancy provided beach chairs, bicycles, cooler, and a grill in addition to a well furnished home in paradise! If we get to return to Oahu, we would definitely stay at one of Rick's homes! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Stayed Dec 19, 2023Our stay in Kailua was excellent. The lovely setting and accommodations were perfect. My only suggestion was to add another reading light to the other side of the bed. Our host was helpful with suggestions and pleasant to chat with. Great place!

Stayed Aug 30, 2023Everything that you need is here! Its about 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from downtown, all easy walks. Location is fabulous. And coming home to this lovely place is heavenly.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023The hosts were extremely friendly. My wife and I felt welcome right away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The fenced yard is tranquil and beautiful. The apartment itself is like a luxury hotel room with a full kitchen (very well constructed). Very clean and well prepared for cooking. Shower was great. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Thanks for the stay!

Stayed Jul 16, 2023My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! A very short walk to the Kailua Beach or bike ride to Lanikai Beach. The area is great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rick and Nancy were very helpful and friendly!

Stayed Jan 23, 2023My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and had an incredible experience. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the owners were so generous with all the features and equipment they offer. Kailua beach is just quick hop away from property, and it's equally close to shopping and excellent local dining options. Rick and Nancy were very accommodating and and gracious during our stay. 6 out of 5 stars! We highly recommend booking your stay here, and definitely plan on staying here again when we return to paradise!
