The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful native gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. Stayed May 1, 2023Florida was a clean and comfortable cottage in a quiet area of Phillip Island to enjoy our few days' holiday. The fire place and hearth make the house so warm and cosy. The garden is well kept and lovely with a fully enclosed fence for our 2 dogs. Lots of good walks and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024The house is beautiful and me and my friends loved staying here. Bedrooms are comfortable, we enjoyed the DVD selection, and we loved dining outside on the deck. A lovely spot on Phillip Island, a bit quieter than Cowes. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Exactly as shown, even better vibe with a beautiful fireplace. Description and photos are accurate, but there is no hot tub and the dog beach is a 5min walk in winter, 15 in summer, Nov-April I believe.
