A private, two-story double slip dock is just steps away down a gently-sloping, grassed lot and is well-equipped for your stay on the water with plenty of options for lovers of sun andshade. There are both dining and bistro tables, swivel rockers, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, and at the end of the day, make sure you take a leisurely stroll through the 2 acres of Corp-owned property adjacent to our lot and celebrate the sunset!

You’ll fall in love with the open floor plan and simple living of this single-story cottage. It's a layout that allows you to really enjoy the company of those you call family. The kitchen, family room and dining room all open onto a spacious 10’ x 30’ screen porch complete with dining table and additional casual seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped, even for the most discerning of chefs, and meals can be served informally at the eat-in island with seating for 5, at the dining table with seating for 6, or alfresco on the porch. There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms – a king master with half bath and flat screen Smart TV and a second bedroom sleeping four in a twin over full bunk and separate twin bed. Indoor amenities include central A/C and heat, wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fans, AT&T U-verse, WiFi, 50 flat-screen Smart TV, DVD player, and stainless dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.

Under a canopy of native hardwoods, the house benefits from generous amounts of shade and invites you to let the outdoors in.
