Fire Pit & Views: ‘Falconcrest’ Cottage in Payson!

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was in excellent shape / condition and we cannot wait to come back!

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Very cleaned. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our requests. We definitely plan to come back in the near future.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our great-grandson enjoyed the swing and slide. We ate lunch under the gazebo with my granddaughter and great-grandson. Did family dinner night a couple nights with the rest of my family in Payson. The goldfinches were beautiful as were the hummingbirds. We saw elk and the bunny and it was very nice. Thank you very much.

Our family really enjoyed our quiet stay, while also enjoying some of the best views from the porches around the cabin on top of the hill. Easy access to amenities and being gated was especially nice. The place was clean and comfortable.

Perfect place for a family getaway. Amazing views, very clean, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We'll definitely be back.

We had the best time relaxing here! Steve and Cathy were wonderful hosts! The cottage is so cute and clean! The views and the deck were fabulous. We loved seeing the wildlife as well. This place was close to everything also ! We will definitely be back!!!

The view really is the best in Payson. The location is great! We were close to everything in town. Fishing was great. Christopher Creek and Tonto were just stocked. The hike up Horton Creek was gorgeous! The rental is very comfortable and the owners were nearby so if we needed anything, it was easy.

Falconcrest cottage provided everything that we needed: from a pac n play to a gorgeous view!

What a beautiful and centrally located home. We had a wonderful stay. We were traveling all around the area visiting family and this was a great home base for us.

This guest house comes equipped with everything one would need for an comfortable stay. We like to stay in for dinner and we were not disappointed by the accommodations. The host even had coffee and condiments! The house is so cute and very clean. The views out the back are lovely and the location is central.

Very relaxing time, great community

We arrived to find an immaculately clean house that had everything we needed for our stay. This is a guest house, but there is plenty of space between the guest house and the owner's home to give its occupants plenty of privacy and seclusion. The views are fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching sunrises, as well as monsoon storms rolling in. We met one of the owners, Steve, as we were heading out on one of our daily excursions, and he wanted to make sure everything was OK with the house and asked if we had any questions. We highly recommend this property, and would certainly stay here again should our travels take us back to the Payson area.

There are many upscale appointments in this 2 bedroom home. The views from the wrap-around deck are wonderful. The flower boxes around the deck are so lovely. Modern appliances. The location is very private which is a plus, yet it's close to town. And don't miss the work out room downstairs. I used it every day and loved it!

This cottage is exactly as described! The location is great, and views are fantastic! It is very well furnished and maintained. It was roomier than expected, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time, and can't wait to go back.

Let me start by sharing how wonderful has been our time at this cottage. It offerseverything to have a great time and feel at home. The quietness of the place has allowed us to rest and relax.The retreat offers more than what we were expecting. The views are spectacular.We enjoyed the open floor concept ( kitchen/dining/living room ), the huge windows overlooking the city and mountains. We spent a lot of time at the porch while reading a book, having a cup of coffee, and hearing the birds singing in the morning. .We were impressed with the house location. Easy access to many of the hiking trailswhich we enjoyed, like the 200-Trail, Railroad Tunnel Trail, Water Wheel, Horton Creek Trail. We also drove the awesome Mogollon Rim Road Scenic Drive. .This is an awesome home and we hope to return in the near future.Thank you, Steven and Cathy, for the welcome details .
