Stayed Jul 23, 2025This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The owners were very accommodating and informative. The house was clean! organized, outfitted with everything needed to have a great time. Easy access to kayaking, and the beach 4 blocks away. The town is just north and an easy bike ride. Our stay was quiet. and the local cat was personable. Affordable. great place, the beds were great. Would recommend to anyone on a budget. The kitchen had all you would need except food.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The property was great and was exactly as described. We personally loved everything the property had. It was so convienent to just take bikes out to get ice cream or Kayaks. It was so nice to not have to go through the rental process for bikes or kayaks and worry about time. They even had boggie boards for us to use. Communication was great with the owners.

Stayed May 3, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt bigger than the pictures show, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved the easy access to both the Kayak dock and the beach and took advantage of both. We would love to come back again and spend more time enjoying everything this place has to offer.

Stayed May 27, 2024The cottage was comfortable and convenient for our family of 5, including 3 young children. The abundance of beach gear and toys made visiting the beach with young children much more convenient, enjoyable, and manageable. The location is quiet but still just a short walk to the beach, and a moderate walk or 3 minute drive to several shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.
