An external utility room hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer, shared with the neighbouring property. There is parking for two cars, and a private patio with seating. Ffynnon Bach is a lovely cottage tooked away on the border of the Snowdonia Nation Park, perfect for a walking break with friends.

Town: Deiniolen is a village in Gwynedd, in the Llanddeiniolen Community, with views over Caernarfon which is around 7 miles away, and on a clear day even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland can be seen. The slate industry was an important employer and source of business to the town, but the quarry has now been closed since 1969. Nowadays, the village is within easy reach of the Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry, and several other activities to get stuck into while you're in the area.
