Family Vacation Beach Cottage ~ Across from the Beach

We loved our stay. The location couldn’t be beat. There was just enough room and everything was clean. Bring your own detergent if you plan to wash clothes and paper products in the off season as the supplies were low

Air conditioning worked well. No ocean view from house. We did find dead bugs but didn’t see any alive ones

The location could not be better. You're just as close to the beach as you would be staying in a high-rise, but without the long waits for the elevator. The house was very clean and cozy. It is a bit small, but if you're going to spend most of the day on the beach, you probably won't care. Communication with the host was excellent. My one complaint would be the bed, which was a bit too hard for me, but that's subjective.

Easy check in and location was great! We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property location was great for us, just a walk across the road and we were on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Cute little cottage - perfect for a couple. Online description accurate; expedient communication with host; clear instructions; superb location if you're looking to be near the beach! Shower tiles clean but dated; a few spots could use new grout. Tight squeeze between foot of bed and door to get to closet & dresser in second bedroom, but doable. Overall, a nice little place -- had everything we needed & we'll definitely rebook if a return trip is in our future.

For me, it’s all about access to beach and this location is perfect. An ideal place for 2-4 people and has all the necessities provided. Great communication with owner was a plus as well.

The house is in a relatively quiet area. The property is just as described. Good heat and A/C. Needs a new charcoal grill though. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! We hope to return sometime!

We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Right across the street from the beach in residential area. Close to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds when wanting a quiet evening. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location!

The property had a few minor cosmetic issues and we would have liked a dishwasher and a hair dryer. But for the price, and for a last minute June beach trip it was great. The location can’t be beat. Beach access was quick and easy. Not much traffic on the street. No condos nearby so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely book here again!
