Family Friendly Cottage w/Ocean Views. LifeGuarded Beach at access.

This was a great place to stay especially for a family. Lots of space, games, and adequate seating for 7 people. The walk to the beach was convenient. It’s is tucked back on a side street. Very quiet and was perfect streets for riding bikes. Very convenient to everything. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals and there was a grocery store less than a mile away. The only downside was some minor cleaning issues upon arrival. The mattress pad on the bed I was staying was full of hair a few dead bugs in the corners. Overall, my family either property and would stay here again.

The house was perfect for a friends getaway weekend. Has a really nice deck, with plenty of room for everyone to sit. There were a-lot of beach chairs to use if you didn’t want to pack a chair/ forgot a chair, plus some beach toys and a small beach cart. There were a lot of stairs at the beach access, so you wouldn’t be able to use a cart/ wagon on the beach unless you have 2 people to carry it up the stairs. Check in at 1pm (vs the usual 4pm) is really nice. The location is really convenient, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance

Wonderful house and property! We enjoyed it so much. Everything was in good repair, the house was clean, the location was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and shopping. There are so many resting places inside and outside. Great hosts and great property! We will definitely return.

Our family had a great time and we enjoyed the wraparound decks with plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax in. Close enough to beach to walk but we were lazy and drove to the nearby beach access parking. So many restaurants and stores literally across the street, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication- Easy checkin. House is very clean and well stocked (with the exception of linens which you can easily rent or bring your own). The house has plenty of room on all three floors. The decks are amazing!!! The main deck for relaxing and top deck with ocean view and sunsets. There are several beach chairs/ umbrellas/ and two beach carts and toys that we saw were available to use at the home for guests. We brought along our own to use. But they are there if you didn’t want to haul your own! Nice big backyard with fire pit and very nice outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach. Conveniently located to Food Lion, the beach, and everything!!! Walk, bike, or drive to anyplace you need to go. House is very clean and furniture is comfortable. A great place to spend a week with friends or family at Nags Head!

This home is wonderful! Everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking family meals. Our family really enjoyed our first trip to OBX and we definitely would rent here again. It is just a short walk to the beach access and short drive to many restaurants and shops. The grocery store is also 2 minutes away and we cooked most meals during our stay. Thank you to Addison and Corrine for being so responsive any time we had a question. You have a lovely beach home.

This was a very nice home. You don't have to bring anything but yourself. Everything even the charcoal for the grill is provided. This home is so beautiful. The owners are so nice and responds quick. Can't wait to book with again.

Great home at the beach!Very clean! And has everything you need!

Took a nice weekend to spend time with friends and enjoyed the property. We had enough beds to fit 9 of us and the property was very neat and clean. The property owner was very responsive and the check-in/check-out was simple. sweet.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Our group included a baby, toddlers and a teenager as well as parents and grandparents. We were all looking forward to this mini family reunion and the house was perfect for our needs. There were enough beds and space for everyone. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom with its own living area so he could have a spot when he needed some quiet. When there was an issue with the tv reception the hosts responded right away and set up a Roku. Corrine always answered my texts right away when I had a question or concern. We spent a lot of time on the main deck. It even a gate so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones having access to those stairs. The house was a short walk from the beach but there were also usually parking spots if we started early enough. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a great week!

Nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of space in the house. My only dislike was the AC doesn’t seem proportioned very well. We shut the vents downstairs and it was still very cold down there and hot upstairs.

We stayed at the property for a softball tournament that got rained out. The house was large enough for 4 different families to spread out! There were games and books available for use, a few staples in the kitchen and lots of beach items (we did not use them). Great property right near the TJ Maxx around MM9.5.
