Cottage in the quiet village section of Hampton Beach. 11 Concord Ave. Just a 100 yards from the beach. The beach is raked clean every night.
Cottages equipped with a full kitchen, flatware, flatscreen tv, and WiFi. Nice backyard with gas grills and picnic table. Please bring your own sheets, towels, and toiletries.
It is a short 5 minute walk to the center. Restaurants, arcades, and bandstand are all right there. Fireworks every Wednesday.

Stayed Aug 17, 2019The other people staying in the other units were very friendly and helpful. Parking could have been an issue but the lady above me switched places so that I could come and go and not worry about losing my parking spot. The apartment was clean and only steps to the beach. Me and my kids loved the place and location. Oh, and as it was the first time not staying in a hotel, I was not aware that I needed to bring my own linen, luckily Walmart was only 10 minutes away so I could purchase sheets and towels.

Stayed Aug 4, 2018We loved staying here! The location cant be beat and the place was so adorable. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. It was clean and had all of the basics to make a vacation nice and easy for both adults and kids. The owner is very helpful and we had great company in the unit above. We cant wait to stay again next year!
