Stayed Sep 24, 2022This rental was perfect for our famies needs. Joe was very quick to respond prior to visit as well as during the visit. The rental is very close to the beach, in a quiet dead end street. You will need to bring bedding and towels. Was a wonderful stay to celebrate the 40th birthday. Centrally located for the entire cape and we visited Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard .

Stayed Sep 4, 2021My teenage daughter and I spent two nights at the cottage over Labor Day weekend. The cottage was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to town and the Cape Cod National Seashore! Only small caveat was the shower — the water pressure was fine, but the shower head is a little low so you kind of have to duck under it. The attached shower hose didn’t seem to work so the shower head was the only way to wash your hair. We would definitely stay again!
