Stayed Feb 13, 2025Lovely house, with a great kitchen for cooking in, comfy beds and bedding, and extremely cool wall and cushion art. Excellent location for the shops, the aquarium, the beach, and the gelateria - very central so pub noise inevitable but manageable. A very lovely, cosy, and comfortable family weekend away.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Four golfers stayed here for 3 nights while we played Kingsbarns and the Old Course at St. Andrews. We each had our own spacious room and enjoyed the living area and kitchen on the first level. Location was a short walk to many pubs and restaurants nearby. Just a short walk to St. Andrews Links. Checkin was easy. Great place if youre coming to visit St. Andrews!easymanu

Stayed May 21, 20241Rose Lane was great! We had 8 guys and the place was very comfortable. The location is excellent for pubs, restaurants and shopping/sightseeing. And of course, Golf!!

Stayed Aug 26, 2023We accompanied my son for matriculation at St Andrews University and had the thrill of staying in the same flat as I had lived in during my own student years! It was better than we could have hoped. Clean and well equipped. Easy check in. great location. Warm and comfortable

Stayed Jun 8, 2022Our group of 6 golfers had an excellent stay at St. Andrews for 3 nights. The location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the Old Course, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops along the way and around town. The single beds are comfortable and don't seem old. The living room is a bit small - 6 is probably the max to fit somewhat comfortably - but we barely spent any time in the house. We would definitely stay here again!
