This property was excellent for our family of 12. We had an issue with plumbing on a Saturday, but the property host was fast to send out maintenance and a plumber to correct the problem. The property host was fast to answer any questions as well. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. Our family loved the pool and hot tub the most! Pigeon Forge was about 20 minutes away but it was nice scenic drive. We would definitely stay here again!

this cabin is great for one or multiple families. Plenty of beds and rooms. The pool is amazing. This cabin is not very high into the mountain so you don't drive far once off the main roads. It it still close to everything while feeling secluded. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with a pool to stay at in gatlinburg pigeon forge area

The home was just as listed, communication with owner was excellent. Pool was nice. Our problem was cleanliness, definite needs to be corrected, we could not get in the hot tub, very dirty, with a slime build up, obviously had not been cleaned in some time. And you’re charged for cleaning, which ends up being more than what is listed. Our primary reason for the trip was hot tub and pool, very disappointed in that, especially for what we paid. Next time I’ll stick with a Hoyle.

We enjoyed our stay very much. If there was anything we needed we got ahold of the host and they responded right away. The only disappointment was that there were no tables outside for us to sit stuff on or to eat at. I would suggest a few tables outside and maybe a guest book with all the local emergency numbers and a list of things that need to be done and local restuarants. Other than that it was a perfect place for our family to stay while on vacation and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Home is spacious and the pool was a huge hit. We did have a few things we think should have been handled by cleaning service prior to our arrival. Overall the house needs a deep clean to rid it of spider webs, dead bugs etc. Hot surface light on stove was on upon our arrival and never went off. My husband had to clean grill before it could used and he also replaced 8 light bulbs in pool area. Just a little more effort placed on cleaning would make this a five star stay

The BEST part of our stay at this location is the afternoon bear sightings. Each afternoon, we were able to safely sit on the deck/patio and watch the bears in the woods across the street! We also appreciated the ease of access to Gatlinburg! The house was as listed minus downstairs couches, but the listing was updated before our stay, so it is current now. The only thing we had issues with is one of the doors would only lock randomly (kitchen door) and there was quite a bit of dust... the decor on shelves and light fixture above the dining table had long strings of dust dangling from it... Not a deal breaker and otherwise clean. We did have to make some of the beds while others were already made, but that also was not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this location again!

Such a cute property. Easy to get to with great parking. Communication with property manager was amazing. She even checked on us the first night. The pool was perfect for my 4 yo and us to enjoy on these hot Days. We saw bears twice. It was a great stay.

When we checked in you could see the dust build up on the ceiling fans as well as the bathroom vent fans and smoke detectors. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the bathroom's toilets had poop marks in the toilet as if someone had just used it. Bathroom showers were not clean and visible hairs and soap scum build up was very visible. AC split unit in living room did not at all and had water running down the wall. Kitchen threshold seal was damaged, and you could see the light outside making it even harder to cool the house with no working AC on that side of house. Floor vent covers were damaged and interior transition moldings were broken at bedroom doors, floors at the bedrooms felt uneven and sloping as poorly installed and not leveled properly. Front storm door shock/absorber was pulled out of frame and door would swing freely if not secured shut each time. Downstairs the door to what they call the movie room had previously slammed into wall and had a hole in sheet rock. Washer and dryer looked to be as old as my parents and they are in their 70's. Cable rails at the deck were loose and could fall out of the post as well as pool deck gate would not latch as it did not mate up with latch without lifting and forcing it. Lastly cameras are post on the exterior of the house at entrance doors allowing whomever to see you come and go and made all of us feel creeped out to some degree and wondering what else or where else a camera might be.

The home was perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed plus some. It is nestled in the mountains but also close enough to all the attractions. Coming home from a day out to peace and quiet was just what we needed. The house is beautiful and the owner is wonderful! Any question I had was answered quickly and respectfully. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Gatlinburg!
