This Luxurious Carriage House, 'Goin' Coastal' in WaterColor at 142 Pond Cypress Way in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 is the perfect vacation rental. It is separate from the large private home and its spacious studio-like one big room with 15-foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, a couple on a romantic weekend or a small family with room for a couple of kids. In addition to the plush king bed there is also a queen convertible sofa bed and plenty ofroom for cribs or extra luggage! Keep in mind that this is one big room so the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the king bed ;)

The large comfy sofa is the perfect place to watch sporting events or movies in front of the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is ideal for quick meals and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove, oven or washer/dryer as we assume you will be enjoying one of the many restaurants in the area and not cooking or doing laundry while on vacation! The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area with room to spread out as you get ready to go out to a nice dinner or a walk on our pristine white beaches to view our incredible sunsets.

The cozy carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond. We are steps away from one of WaterColor's nine gorgeous pools. Guests will get up to four amenity bands and that is the maximum we are allowed to have via our HOA rules ;)
