Exhale is conveniently situated near the Hatteras Ferry, Teach's Lair Marina, and the southern end of Hatteras Village. A short stroll will lead you to the beach where you'll discover this cozy and well-equipped cottage, making Exhale an ideal vacation spot. Guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. The interior of Exhale is decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are provided. Additional charges such as reservation fees, partial stay fees, pet fees, taxes, and insurance apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
