Description

Quinta da Breia is located in the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, a few kilometers from the towns of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca. In a region of mild summers, it benefits from the proximity of the mountain and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, from the rurality of the village of S. Paio de Jolda and the ease of access (access to the A3 or A26 to 3Km) that allow you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the coast of Viana do Castelo.

Next to the main house werecovered the old annexes and made 3 little houses for Agrotourism. The old threshing floor of the farmhouse was also recovered offering a more reserved space.
- Eira Cottage (4 people):
has a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin room and a complete bathroom. From the room, one goes out to the porch, the threshing floor and the granary, from where the mountains and villages on the left bank of the Lima river can be seen.

Independent and away from main house, reasonably comfortable and equipped, downside being very small and basic kitchen facility. The large private terrace has a lovely view, however nearby fast road rather noisy. Good situation, very east to get to the coast, or into the Sierra. Hosts, Clotilde and her husband were charming and extremely helpful. Would return
