Private Historic Gulf-View Cottage with Sunset Deck – Built in 1913 and tucked behind the dunes, Dunes is a fully renovated two-story cottage blending vintage charm and modern comfort. Enjoy a private patio, spiral staircase, Gulf-view deck, and open living space just steps from the beach, with shared access to pool, hot tub, and garden grounds.

More than 100 years old, the Beach Cottage Inn is one of Indian Rocks Beach`s earliest cottages. Lovingly tended to and newly renovated,it is now available for guests for the first time in more than a decade.

Upon entering downstairs from a subtropical brick path, there is a queen bed, bedside tables, dresser, armoire, armchair, and desk. The bedroom enjoys its own full bathroom, newly restored with eco friendly bathroom fixtures. Sliding glass doors give on to a private patio, its pergola covered in flowering vines.

Spiral stairs lead up to an open living area with a crisp new euro kitchen and additional half-bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with cooking tools, as well as dining table and chairs. A loveseat sofa bed with twin mattress for a third guest sits opposite. This upstairs too has its own exterior door leading to a private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extra seating to enjoy company and delight in the sunset.

If you think you may need more space, please consider reserving the one of our additional cottage apartments next door, which include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom options.

Guests will have private use of the entire 2-story cottage, including a secluded patio and its own gulf-view deck.

As residents next door, we are generally available to answer questions or respond to comments by text, phone, email, or in person.

The cottage comes fully stocked with new linens and towels, as well as cooking essentials and some bathing products.

Brand new air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and cable television are included, and the on-premises laundry room with washer and dryer is free of charge.

Peaceful and relaxing get-a-way even on a holiday weekend. We enjoyed coffee and dinner on the top balcony where we had a wonderful breeze and amazing sunsets

Here is the perfect spot for one person or a couple. Two friends as well. Easy walk to beach. Less than 30 yards. Has parking. Indian Rocks Beach is so quiet and easy on the soul. Not much traffic. White sand and a calm Gulf with a breeze every day. This is a two story property with spiral staircase. That is the only possible problem for some.

Nice very clean cozy beach place. Dog friendly unit ( beach was not dog friendly) No roads to cross, walk out to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs to use. Hard to find, GPS sent us around in circles, but once you find it you’ll be glad you did.

Quant cottage on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Cottage is well-appointed with quality towels and linens, kitchen utensils, etc. The upstairs deck has a view of the water and a lovely breeze. Location to local businesses is great! We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

This rental is right next to the beach and is very cute. The bed is super comfy and there are doors out to a nice patio next to bed. The bathrooms are clean and new. The two floors are connected by spiral stairs so be aware if you have little kids or mobility issues. The kitchen is cute but small and has the basics but not set up for making in depth meals. There is no rental guide book so we had to contact the owner a number of times via texts with various questions but he was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return to this place without hesitation.
