Dtwn Winter Garden Home: 12 Mi to Disney!

Great little house great host! Great communication easy to contact. Responded right away! Easy check in! Newly remodeled older home. Very clean! Great kitchen it had everything we needed. Great location. Perfect for what we needed. We there to visit family. Because several of my grand children decided to come on this trip so there were too many to stay at my parents house. This was only 1 mile from there house so perfect.

Our family greatly enjoyed staying at this downtown Winter Garden home. Clean, well decorated, accommodating, and conveniently located for all things Winter Garden, FL.

The property was in a great location. Easy access to bars and restaurants in Winter Garden downtown. Within walking distance. Very close to highways. It also had everything you need towels, linen and basic toiletries. Communication with management company was excellent. I will definitely stay here another time.

We had a wonderful stay in Analia’s home. It was a perfect location and 4 adults were quit comfortable for two weeks.

The host was amazing! The house was very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood.

Very nice property. The unit does have a washer/dry which is not included in the listing so that was bonus! Would highly recommend.

The house was exactly what we needed for us to visit family and attend a local wedding. The property was close to stores and was well kept.

We were in for a work trip and this location was central and perfect for our needs. Beds are great, towels are soft, and furniture and decor were charming.. highly recommend!!

We evacuated from Helene. Because we were unable to return to our home, we ended up having to rent multiple vacation rentals. This is the first home that actually looked like it did online--really lovely. (I agree, yard can use some TLC) I liked the retro touches throughout. Comfortable furniture and beds. Luxury towels and linens. Really nice! Walk west and cross over Dillard two block then three blocks north to Plant street and you'll find many wonderful restaurants and shops. Saturday market was really nice too. We brought our boo-boo with us, and it was great to walk over to the Orange Trail with her. We enjoyed that area of winter garden that we extended our stay so we could find a place of our own. Ana, was very accommodating and communicative and I appreciated it so much. Also, wanted to mention that Ana was also the first host who actually picked up the phone when I called instead of texting. I think that is SUPER important as not everyone are texters. Won't be returning, because we now live here. LOL

We really liked the close proximity to downtown! It is a little farther than walking distance but very close to all the downtown shops with a car. The home is clean and well stocked. It appears to be recently remodeled and is well decorated. The communication with the property manager was good and we had no problems entering or using the property. Only con is that the yard could use a little love but we didn’t plan to hang out in the yard due to the heat. We will return!
