Boise, Idaho
two queen bed, all hardwood floors, granite counter tops, large backyard, off street parking, large basement with washer and dryer. all in the historic northeast end. walk downtown or to the greenbelt. Or all that Boise has to offer. This is a smoke and pet free home. The house is located just two blocks from the historic Roosevelt market where you can have breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee, have lunch or enjoy a glass of wine or beer with friends
This was a cute little house in a great Boise neighborhood. The house was tidy and the hosts were super responsive to email. I will certainly book this place again during my next trip to Idaho!
I was very happy with the home, the comfortable bed, the nice newly remodeled bathrooms, all of the kitchenware and the quiet neighborhood Close easy walk to downtown and a couple blocks from a neighborhood market/restaurant (Roosevelt Market) which was so handy and great sandwiches I didn't need the basement but there is another bedroom and nice large remodeled bathroom down there. Jody, the owner was very easy and friendly.
This 2 bedroom house was perfect for my sister and me. We were in Boise for a conference and were able to get around easily. The home is older, and definitely has a lot of creaks in the wood flooring and stairs. We loved the backyard and spent quite a bit of time out there. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated.
Bottom line: This is a great house in a great location in a great city run by a great host. This house was a perfect choice for our 30-day visit to Boise. It was clean and comfortable and ready for an early check in. It feels bigger than it looks because it is efficiently laid out. The bathroom is large, especially for this sized house, the bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, the kitchen well supplied, and the backyard space is a nice place to relax. The host, Jody was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We mistakenly thought the house was missing a particular amenity and Jody was able to provide one even though it was not part of the listing. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. When a storm caused a tree branch to fall over the electric line to the house, Jody arrived within an hour to take care of it. The home was well stocked for our needs but not overstuffed. We've stayed at some properties where the closets, drawers, and cupboards were so stuffed with unnecessary things that we had no space for our belongings - this house struck a perfect balance. As nice as the house is, the location made it even better. It's perfectly situated to explore Boise and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable. The house even came with bicycles (our first rental to provide bikes) which was so nice with the Boise River Greenbelt a short ride away. If you are considering a stay in Boise, be sure and check out this house. The house, location, and host simply cannot be beat. If you are not planning a trip to Boise, you should plan one - you won't be disappointed in all this city has to offer and then be sure to stay in this house.
We stayed a long time in this property for the birth of our infant in the hospital at 10 minutes walking distance. We had a wonderful month an a half there, very confortable and the owner Jody is extreamly kind. We had a very pleaseant stay! Just to mention something to improve, us as foreigners would appreciate a communication through other technologies (WhatsApp) instead of SMS, which can be faster (and free) and also keep in mind the floors make a bit of noise while walking in the house. Nothing that we did find anoying, we enjoyed very much our stay! The home was warm all the time and we could set our own temperature (not so warm the bassement, but we did not use it except for laundry). I strongly recommend this property. You also do not need to rent a car to move around since you can go walking to the center around +20 minutes walking. And have several supermarkets at 10 minutes walking distance plus the hospital. A very calm and nice neigbordhood and the owners are the best!
Comfortable with nice yard beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. Washer and dryer nice addition.
My only complaints were that one of the bedrooms was locked and the internet was slightly inconsistent. Just enough so that telework meeting would drop periodically. Other then that it was a good place.
As visitors to Boise for the first time we were very pleased with the location of the little blue house. Although we weren't at the house during the day much, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the place felt very clean. I find that the beds in vrbo rentals aren't always the most comfortable but these beds felt lovely. And we appreciated the bottled water on the counter top provided. The backyard was nice as well. Thank you for a delightful place for our stay. The Fultons
Was the perfect place for us to stay while completing the purchase of our new home. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
We would stay there again. Great place for a couple.
