Being just one road up and parallel to Beach Road, this charming Pied-da terre is just a 5 minute walk to Woolacombe beach and village centre, perfectly located with free car parking and that gorgeous view!

This pretty place is detached with one parking space adjacent. It has a lovely composite decked terrace for those morning cuppas or sunset sundowners..r>Once inside, the open plan living room has a modern teal kitchenette with integrated appliances, a ½ size dishwasher, a full size washing machine and under worktop fridge. There are 3 drawers, an Airfryer, Microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note that there is no oven or hob.

Two steps down from the living area is the bedroom is the piece de la resistance with a fine sea view from the double bed, just imagine sitting up in bed to start your day with a view of wonderful Woolacombe Beach as it beckons you for the day, perfect!
