Great location.
River access. Streetview, but use our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple, economically sized, smaller cottage sleeps up to 6 people (better with 4 or less). 2 bedrooms, each room with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the small-sized living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that! Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Just a short walk to beaches and under 3 minutes to shopping and food shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The cottages are VERY close to each other, what is not shown on the photo. My rental of what I thought was Cottage 6 was of HALF of it and there is no sound insulation at all. It basically was very noisy.
