Deer Close, a reverse-level house, consists of a kitchen/diner with ovens, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and hot water tap, an additional fridge/freeaser nearby, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting area with Smart TV, a gym with TV, sauna, massage room, and shower room. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, two super-king-sizes, and a family room with bunk bedrooms sleeping four guests. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and WC, and a shower room with with rainforest shower, double basin, heated towel rail and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with patio, lawn, decking, barbecue, hot tub, fire pit, furniture, and jetty, a boathouse with woodburning stove and sitting area, Six acres of woodland behind the house and off-road parking for at least six cars. Note: Hot Tub is newly filled on every changeover therefore be operating at a very low temperature, with water fresh off the fells! Guests will need to turn the temperature up on the hot tub on arrival to give it time to come to a usable temperature.

Note: Hot Tub facilities may not be available on the day of checkout due to the quick turnaround between guests and the need for a complete water change.

Note: Access to your private lakeside area is across a public country lane and through a pedestrian gate please take care.
Note: The lakeside area is fully secure with direct access to the lake shore, please supervise children.

Note: Please note due to the location of the property being in a residential area, it is requested that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 9pm.

Superb walking, mountain biking and climbing are available locally on Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam, while Grizedale Forest offers lovely woodland trails. The quiet lake is ideal for dinghy sailing and canoeing, or a leisure cruise on the beautiful steam yacht 'Gondola'. Visit the Beatrix Potter Gallery at Hawkshead, Tarn Hows, one of the most visited beauty spots in the country, or Esthwaite Water, famous for its fishing.
