Stayed May 15, 2025It was a great personal villa. It was a clean space and nice amenities like coffee l, snacks and washer and dryer. There were some cold water bottles ready for us when we arrived and ice ready to go in the freezer. Communication was quick and easy with the owners. Would love to rebook with them this time next year!

Stayed May 8, 2024We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this guest house. Located close to the beach and close to the speedway. Well keep and very clean. The kitchen has good cookware and plenty of dishes. This one bedroom stand alone guest house was perfect for our purposes. We were very comfortable in this very private guest house.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your guest house! It's been one of our favorites! Neighborhood was quiet and easy access to all the places we needed to be (beach, Embry-Riddle, etc). The guest house was clean and neat (thank you for the bottled water and snacks!).

Stayed Oct 19, 2023I checked several listings and this was first listing that offered/ allowed me trailer parking — I was glad I took it— right in middle of all events— right off main highway — very close to Daytona/ next door Guest house was perfect for me - very clean - washer & dryer - bottle water left in fridge & small snacks provided by host until u could get by store - nice touch — had privacy too
