Dallas Couples Retreat: Walk to Lower Greenville!

The house was very nice and conveniently located near many amenities.

The house was exactly as listed. We enjoyed how easily we walked to night life and restaurants. We also enjoyed only having to take 2 roads to get to the SMU game. We enjoyed the sheets and shower!!

Place was great. Kitchen was great, neighborhood was great, perfect get away.

Beautiful antique cottage in a quaint quiet neighborhood. Host very friendly and responsive.We would stay here again!

As soon as we checked into the property we could smell a very foul odor. We had a negative physical reaction to the smell. The house smelled like mold to us and there were several air fresheners in multiple rooms that just made the smell worse. We let the host know that we could not stay in the property and were leaving. Within a few minutes of this message two people showed up and came into the house to argue about the air quality in the property. It was a very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation, just an overall bad experience.

Super cute clean house stocked well in kitchen- coffee, etc. super comfy bed. Great shower. Cute front porch and awesome backyard seating area! Odd smell, however, in one of the lower kitchen cabinets. Could not locate source. Would recommend this cute lil bungalow.

I think my rating tells it all. Due to the overall moderate discontent, will not be returning because the location was very convenient to my son's home near White Rock Lake. What was quite disturbing, and the MAJOR complaint, was the smell in the entire space. The primary smell was an intense odor of cooked/spoiled cabbage. Also, a minor smell annoyance was a mild smell of urine. However, I will continue to use VRBO due to our overall satisfaction over the many tears we've used them. Got to believe their business model has changed because their vetting process appears to have declined. Maybe it has to do with their maintenance subcontractor.

Great location and adorable home!

Stayed here to be near SMU and it was great for that! A little ant problem in the kitchen, but it was being addressed. Will definitely stay again. So much more space than a hotel! Perfect for a couple, and ample room to have friends over for dinner or drinks.

A lovely bright home for all you need for a great stay! Relax in the backyard, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen. All with easy to get around access.

The property host was very responsive to an issue we had with the tv. Great communication. My only issue was there was no water pressure in the bathroom. Hard to was your hands or face. The white couch in the living room will need to be cleaned soon. Hard to keep white clean.

I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls.
