The house was clean, decorated so cute, and was the perfect setup for our party of 8. The management staff was wonderful with communications and prompt in their responses. The beach is super easy to get to and the access is so close to the property. We hope to come back to Pelican Place D very soon!

The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach, where the sand is powdery white and the water was warm and crystal clear. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cottage! It was clean and spacious. All the bedrooms are upstairs with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one down. There was a beach view from one of the master bedrooms upstairs. The other master had a view of the pool. We used the washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser in the refrigerator, the toaster, and the blender. Everything worked great. We didn't use it, but there was an ice machine in the storage area. This cottage is in easy walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a not-very-busy 2-lane road to cross with a crosswalk. There is a storage area next to the parking with many beach items including a wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more. There is also a blackstone grill with a large table and a mounted TV in the parking area.Even though the pool was very busy during our stay, it was very clean.There were many restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops nearby.

Beautiful property - exactly as pictured! Just a quick walk to the beach, close to lots of activities and dining. Easy access and view of pool on site. Check in could not have been easier. We made several meals in the big kitchen, it was stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware for our family of 8 (and more!) was so nice to have the big table that fit us all! Nice selection of board and card games too!

Wondering place. Location was good. Amenities were nice. The cottage was very clean. We love the ice maker downstairs to fill up our coolers.

Everything was good but we were told multiple times that there would be 150 fee if we showed up early and then we get there on time and we had to sit outside. The cleaners were still cleaning. Customer service was helpful with the situation and answered questions promptly. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils. It even had two coffee makers, one for regular coffee and K cups.

Had a wonderful stay at Pelican Place D Place to Stay. Unit was spacious and very clean. We had no issues during our stay, which helped reduce stress after all our time driving to Gulf Shores,

Everything about the home was perfect! Plenty of space for families to spread out. Just across the street from beach access. The ice machine is reason alone to stay - we never had to go out for ice!! Would 100% recommend!

This place was perfect for two families (9 total) to stay! Anything more would be too much. It was nicely decorated, very clean, well equipped - blender, two coffee makers, ice maker under the garage area. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen table, couch was great. They had a nice wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and umbrella awesome cooler with wheels and a handle to go to the beach. The location was so easy to get to the beach, 3 minute walk easily, and close to Hang out and other popular locations. The pool wasn’t large, but nice and kept clean. The communication was excellent, checking in, giving ideas etc. would stay here again!

Nice place. Very much a community vibe with pool in center of buildings. The condo was very nice and the location to the beach was a short walking distance. Great bar and grill in car port area. We were able to charge our electric car the whole time and that was an added bonus!!
