This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving

This listing ended up being double-booked so we never saw it; while the host fortunately had another open property a few miles away it was much smaller and was undergoing painting/renovation. Host was responsive but this should never be an issue. My advice, check in multiple times with your hosts before travelling.

Property was in good condition and apartment is well decorated, and cute! Walking distance from Overton Park which was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed staying at this apartment and enjoyed the short trip to Memphis overall.
