Located in a rural and safe area for children, the villaoffers spacious exteriors with a private pool (unfenced), sun loungers, umbrellas and a perfect orientation to enjoy the sun all day long. The pool, situated on high ground, requires supervision for the little ones, ensuring calm and safe moments for everyone.



Next to the pool, a garden with a lush ornamental tree and outdoor furniture creates an intimate and relaxing space. Additionally, you will be able to enjoy a spacious barbecue area, ping-pong table, and a comfortable porch from where you can watch the children while they have fun running.



Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room with a television and a sofa bed, perfect for resting or accommodating two more people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.



The bedrooms have air conditioning, windows to the outside and enough space to arrange luggage. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed, along with a full bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort. The villa has free internet connection so you can always be connected.



The location is strategic to discover the charms of Málaga: a few kilometres from golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants, theme parks and, of course, just 21 km from sandy beaches. You will also be able to visit Málaga capital to enjoy its cultural, gastronomic and leisure offer, or venture to discover places such as the Caminito del Rey or the Sierra de las Nieves National Park.
