This modern and cosy single-storey dwelling, surrounded by organic orange trees and a natural landscape, offers an ideal combination of countryside peace and proximity to urban centres and beaches. Its access is through a private 500-metre path, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay.

The interior features a spacious dining room with an American-style kitchen fully equipped, including modern appliances and a central island, perfect for sharing moments while enjoying the views. The house has air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.



The bedrooms are distributed as follows: the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. Additionally, the double sofa bed in the living room allows accommodation for up to 8 people comfortably.



In the outdoors, the private swimming pool surrounded by natural grass and a covered area with outdoor furniture are the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Additionally, the garden offers an ideal space for children and family leisure moments.



The location is strategic: just 4 km from supermarkets and local restaurants, less than 30 km from beaches such as La Cala de Mijas, Málaga and Torremolinos, and close to recognised golf courses like Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf.     This is a beautifully located villa, clearly recently built, really quiet & with stunning views. The accommodation was very clean & ideally arranged for a slip generation stay. Local towns were a short drive away & beaches no more than a 40 minute drive. Rafa the villa owner was very helpful & responded swiftly to any questions or concerns. Some parts of the villa remain unfinished (a built in cupboard in a bathroom, the outdoor barbecue & an unconnected stove/wood burner in the living room), equally having toilets that are unable to take toilet paper was not ideal. Kitchen cooking utensils were limited.

    It was an amazing house with an unbelievable view, Rafa was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. A car is necessary because it’s hard to reach for taxis or uber drivers. The house was clean. Overall perfect.
