The living rooms have comfortable sofas and large Smart TVs for entertainment.



Outside, you will be able to relax and spend unforgettable moments in the private pool or prepare delicious meals in the covered barbecue area, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The plot is fenced and has a garden equipped with furniture and a spacious 150 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying good weather.
