Stayed Feb 20, 2024Beautiful, magnificent views of the landscape, quiet, peaceful, fresh air, safe and secure. I didn't like the dining chairs. Unsafe to sit on as they are on an incline. My daughter-in-law fell backwards while sitting on the chair while her son was sitting on her lap. She nearly hit her head against the wooden bench. No freezer available and no exhaust fan above the cooking stove. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crow's Nest holiday home. Thank you.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024The view of lake Wakatipu from the property is stunning. There is a long stairs to the property that may not be suitable for the eldery with limited mobility. The spiral stairs to go up to the loft bedroom is very narrow and may be unsafe for small children. The house was hotter than the sauna when we entered. We would have given a 5 stars rating, if the air conditioning was turned on prior to our arrival.

Stayed Sep 29, 2019Small but comfortable and welcoming. Parkingwas a bit tricky on the hill but the apartment was modern and well kept. We thank you very much for the well appointed kitchenette and use of the washing machine.

Stayed May 3, 2019Great place to stay for a family. A short drive or bus to town - a bit too far to walk for most people.- but that suited us fine. Prompt and friendly service from the manager, and all the things you need are included. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom is accessed via a narrow, steep staircase and not suitable for very young kids. Also, the upstairs bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with open air to the main living area, so we couldn't stay up in the lounge room once the kids had gone to bed. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay there again.
