Cozy Peach Cottage near Horsehead Lake, University, Wedding Venues, Ozark Mtns!

Excellent stay at Peach Cottage. It is a great location just outside of Clarksville with a straight, short drive to campus/town. Modern fixtures, nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and very comfortable bedding with very easy check in and check out process.We hope to stay at the cottage during our next visit and highly recommend to others.

Great little cabin with plenty of room for 5-6 people, more if you get cozy. Its somewhat dangerous pulling out of the driveway due to a curve and trees but you just need to pay attention and be aware. The thermostat is off when you get there so whatever the temp outside is it will be close to the same inside and takes a little while for the heat or a/c to get comfortable. Great place to stay and this more than likely will be a regular for us during basketball season due to it being conveniently close to campus.

Perfect place to stay!! We loved everything about the house from the decor to the comfortable beds. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and plenty of room at the oversized bar to eat. The outside was warm and cozy and perfect to sit and unwind. The host answered our questions and was very welcoming. We can't wait to book our next stay!!

A place to stay for visiting family

Our stay was great! Place was clean, communication with the owner was timely and thorough! It was a great weekend getaway! We were very surprised to find that one of the twin beds was elevated on a platform pretty high, and the only way to get to it was climbing rock wall pegs, and some of them were loose. We were unable to use that bed as a result.

The house was very clean and cute. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this quiet location just outside of town. Super easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Brand new build. Clean inside. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located within 5 minutes from the college which brings you right to the cute downtown, with coffee shop, restaurants. We had all of our children with us and a couple of their friends and we all had a great stay!! Everything was just as described, and communication with the host was amazing!! Fast to respond and help!! Beds were super comfy and the place is just the cutest!!! Highly recommend and we will for sure be back!!!!

The amenities stated are not there.. newer built with contractor issues, once checked out accused of damage that happened in a room that I never went in. That a child had done. (Drawings on walls) no children with us. Yes I will admit that my pup did a small tinkle on rug that I didn’t see. But I don’t like being accused of damage when I’m very OCD about cleanliness so I washed the towels and started 2 loads of bed linens before I left, all dishes and counters were scrubbed. Feelings are hurt to be accused of something that happened on a stay before us. Be sure to take many pics of how the house is when you check in. No Hottub, fire pit, playground, water park…all false on amenities.
