VINTAGE PROPERTY LAYOUT & PRIVACY
Harbor Lights occupies the spacious upper portion of a historic 1930s beach house, featuring its own private entrance and dedicated 2-car parking spaces right at the front.

To ensure maximum privacy, the ground-floor rear apartment (Pacific Lights) is an entirely separate vacation rental with its own entrance, parking pad, and backyard layout.

Because this is an authentic 1930s vintage home, it does not feature modern subfloor insulation. You will have full exclusive run of the main cottage floors, but we simply ask our guests to be mindful of heavy footsteps over the bedroom areas during neighborhood quiet hours out of courtesy for the downstairs unit. If the downstairs unit is vacant during your stay, your retreat will be completely quiet!
