Home has been recently updated with all new appliances and beds. With newly installed heat pump and central AC, this cottage is the perfect beach getaway for any season. Living area, kitchen, and bathroom located on the first floor. Both bedrooms located on the second floor.

Looking to accommodate more than 5 guests We have another home (4 bedroom, 2 bath) directly next door to this property that sleeps an additional 9 guests.

Loved the location of this cottage, cozy and comfortable inside, and the ac in every room was a plus. The ac wasn't needed downstairs though as the breezes coming off the water were fantastic. The house had most things we needed, just a note to bring your own beach towels (plenty of bath towels were provided) and be prepared to use bottled water. We're used to staying at rentals along the coast of Maine, so we knew the water quality isn't the best and that we need to bring in bottled water, as it was pretty cloudy while we were there. We loved the short stroll down to the little rocky beach, and the quiet neighborhood and surroundings were so peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Check in went smoothly. The property exceeded expectations! The home was well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals for our large family. Top quality furnishings. Comfortable beds. The hosts responded quickly to messages. The large living room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings

The cottage was nicely renovated and had good amenities. The location was wonderful - less than 100 steps to the beach. The availability of AC was welcome due to the warmer than average temperature.
