Cozy, lodge-style cottage in wooded, quiet lakeside neighborhood

We loved everything about it.We've been booking here for the 3 years in a row and we have the 4th already booked.It's cozy, clean, warm, quiet, comfy.Our kids talk about it for months. It's very special for our family.Paul and Laura are sooooo nice that it's hard to explain.

Everything you need and a quick drive to the beach!

I chose this cabin because we could come here after our daily FALL adventures to absorb the beauty we had experienced during the day and enjoy each other's company. Also because the location was within 2 hours of so very many fall beautiful sights. We enjoyed several fires in the welcoming fireplace, and the firewood was provided. That was magnificent! The kitchen was small, but plenty big enough for us to cook breakfast and make coffee. Pots and pans were there to make more elaborate meals. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. Thank you for providing them. We didn't really spend much time on the deck, but it was an inviting and useable space, with 2 tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Our #1 adventure in this area was on Cardigan Mountain. There is a little apple orchard that was the BEST and most lovely experience ever. If you are here in apple picking season, check them out. A lovely 15 minute drive from Wildwood Cabin.

The cabin/cottage is very cozy and clean. Some nice stores and restaurants nearby not to mention the beautiful lake! Me and my husband loved our stay here.

This is now the second time we’ve stayed here, and I already booked for next year. The house was clean, cozy, and well stocked. Working with the owner has been smooth and painless. We couldn’t ask for a better spot!

This was our 3rd year at this cottage. It has everything you need and more. A trip down the road to Cummings Beach is a 2 min ride. Our family loves staying here and we look forward to it every year!!! Thank you Laura for sharing your little paradise with us.

Wildwood Cottage was as described and better. Owner was easy to communicate with and answered some questions before our stay. The property itself was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the amenities you may need during your stay. The weather didn’t want to cooperate much while we were there, but we enjoyed our time. I would recommend and very much consider another stay. Tip for future visitors, if you plan on visiting Wellington and the weather is going to be nice, make reservations online at least 1 day in advance.
