Cozy Hampton Cottage Near Marina & Nightlife

This home was great. Had everything needed for our stay! Clean, spacious great location we rate this as a 5 star place!

This was easy to find and very clean ...nice porch to sit on easy walk to the beach would definitely go back

We had four people staying, and knew the location well. Communication with Rachel was as easy and she was responsive. We got there early, but we were able to park at the property and have a nice lunch. We met the cleaning crew and they said to come back in a couple hours and they would be done. Overall, we were very happy with the space available, and the on-site washer and dryer. Shower was a bit small, but adequate. The front porch and deck were a nice bonus. Only complaint from the ladies was a lack of mirrors. Appreciated the beach cart and other stuff that was available. All in all a great property and we will rent again if we can.

Comfortable and convenient

The house was perfect. Only thing missing was maybe a picnic table. There was no kitchen table inside but other than that so clean. I was very very happy.

It was a beautiful cottage. Perfect location to enjoy the seafood festival, the beach or anything else you wanted to do at Hampton Beach. I would stay there again.

We had an AMAZING experience here! It was by far the best selection we could have made. It was extremely clean and comfy. Perfect beachy feeling. The beds so comfortable. Way more than we could have even expected. The host was amazing and so easy to get in touch with. The perfect location for us. Easy to escape the craziness of the strip and relax but just as easy to walk up and add to the craziness! We will absolutely be renting here again and again for many years to come. We had most perfect “beach house” vacation!

What a pleasant surprise. This cottage was perfect very clean, located in a great spot just far enough away from the main drag but close enough to make a trip to the beach towing the kids an easy trek. Closed in front porch was perfect to sit on at night and listen to music or to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Air conditioning in every room, washer & dryer, plenty of parking, nice grill and picnic table out back. You don't need to bring a thing but your food and a bathing suit. We did quite a bit of vacationing this year and this was the best of all the accommodations we stayed at.

This little house was just right for my family of 7. Just two short blocks to the beach and bathrooms, it is convenient to come back from the shore to have lunch and then return to the waves! We appreciated the AC in every room and the quaint screened-in porch. Only one bathroom, though, if you have a big family ;-)
